Pros
Ability to work from home from time to time.
Games in the office to destress between breaks.
Certain managers give you freedom of getting your work done without too much oversight.
Cons
Upper management struggles to run the company. They have short tempers and will convince you into thinking that all of the extra work and time that you're putting into the company including working most weekends is for the "betterment" of the company. However you'll never get paid overtime and you'll get a few hours off from time to time to make up for it, however nothing makes up for working seven days a week.
Additionally, management tries to take on too many tasks with sales, PM, and payroll all at the same time. They won't hire proper sales staff. With PM work management drops the ball on a lot of tasks because they're too busy judgling too many tasks. With checks been delivered late, bonuses get changed yearly (they just got changed from quarterly to yearly), and your W2 will not arrive on time when it is supposed to, the lack of organization gets very frustrating very quickly.
