      Pros

      The entire organization seemed to work as a machine. Each department was always on the same page which allowed the organization to progress efficiently.

      Cons

      There is a somewhat high rate of turnover. Despite DQC playing a rather large role in the education advocacy field, they are still somewhat of a small and unknown organization.

      Pros

      The office is very open, both the space and the staff. DQC is about team effort, but you maintain autonomy over your own work.

      Cons

      Within the internships, daily tasks are very dependent on which department you fall under, and what particular projects you may be working on. One intern might have more of an administrative role, while another is trusted with an ongoing project with deliverables along the way.
