Pros
The flexibility is almost unbeatable, and it's completely remote. It also pays pretty well for how flexible it is (some tasks only pay $25 per hour, but there are usually tasks available that pay $30-45 per hour depending on your skills).
Cons
The downside is that with most tasks, once you start a task you must finish it within a specific timeframe of a few hours, or you will forfeit that task to someone else. I find this kind of stressful, compared to project-based work where I can come and go, especially since the instructions are often complicated and hard to read.
