Pros
New leadership has ushered in a new approach to growing the business, hopefully doubling the size of revenue/company. Majority of colleagues are wonderful, but there are a few bad apples that can be culture cancers, and leadership cliques with deep roots abound. More women are in leadership roles. The majority of the organization works remote.
Cons
- Workloads were high and heavy; resources and staff can be constrained or overloaded - little by little that should be better over time. The company is still working through acquisitions, staffing, etc. The organization is focused on culture and related metrics. Some improvements will take time to make, and the company works on them continuously. - Not every department has learned to work with one another; so you have those with the spirit of "my" instead of "we". However, that's not the majority. - The career path can be limited for some or unavailable for some time until the role becomes available, or the company experiences growth.
