Pros
The staff and employees are all very friendly. Lunch is provided every Wednesday. Birthdays/Special Events are celebrated (once a month). New Hires are taken out to lunch on their first day.
Cons
The software could use some serious work. It is very outdated and still living in the early 2000's when the company was founded. They have little interest in updating or upgrading, and merely patch up any problems. The code itself is very messy and often unclear/unreadable. There is little if any documentation.
