      Pros

      Talented people, excellent leadership, and great technology - really just an awesome team, dedicated to helping customers learn more about data awareness, and how to find and secure critical information hidden in their data.

      Cons

      None, really. One of the best experiences of my professional career. I truly enjoyed the opportunity to help grow the team, and work with dedicated professionals that gave their all to help make the company a success.

      Pros

      The people I worked with were smart, thoughtful colleagues. Everyone had good ideas for marketing, and we had an excellent pool of subject matter experts. Most people treated each other respectfully, with few exceptions.

      Cons

      Basically, the company went to market too quickly with a flawed product and hired/spent beyond what revenue could support. There were departments under tremendous pressure to meet often unrealistic expectations.
