      Pros

      Advance tech stack. We can learn many advanced technologies if you are part of the infra team. Dev workshop every 3 weeks to share knowledge

      Cons

      The job is rather boring if you working as a web scraper developer here. Underpaid salary, no health insurance, no other benefits (you only receive a salary), and working hours follow Toronto. The company has been running for more than 10 years but the management is still like a company that was just founded a year ago.

      The tech is advanced, if you can survive long enough, you can learn a lot.

      Cons

      The guidance for the job is minuscule. Often when you ask for something, it resulting no insightful answer until finally you have something to grasp, it's been too late.
