Pros

Opportunity to make commission working outside of sales by maintaining client relations and facilitating contract renewals, a Keurig, occasional ability to work remotely if permitted with a valid excuse, free lunch on the last Friday of every month

Cons

No communication, loud/angry sales reps occasionally disrupting their colleagues while making calls, stale work environment, no dental or vision coverage, very expensive health care

Pros

Management will do whatever needed to help you succeed if you put in the work. Lots of potential to make money and get paid fast. Family-oriented company. Co-workers are incredible people. When I first started they were always available to help me.

Cons

Newer company in the market so always competing against more established businesses. Can be a challenge for sales people but there is lots of support for working through it.

Pros

Nice co-workers, centrally located within Omaha, healthcare coverage, regular 8-5 work hours, and overall good work environment. This is the best corporate job I have ever worked at, and career advancement withing this company give me some good options for growth.

Cons

This is still a 'newer' company, it seems like even though the business model is tried and true, they are still working out some internal kinks.
