Cons
-Quota is being hit by few if any AEs in the USA yet they continue to hire at rapid rates and fail to adjust the quota. -Very low pay considering few people are earning the commission expected of the role -Leads are distributed at "random" by the sales managers, what this actually means is if you're a favorite you'll do well -Upper management often fails to look into how deals are brought in, causing some AE's to be heavily praised for work they did not do. -SDRs are overlooked and under appreciated when it comes to promotions and deals -Super technical product with little training (though they are working on this, there's a long way to go) -Managers are constantly stressed or in a poor mood due to heavy pressure to hit unattainable goals from upper management. Consequently they don't seem to know how to help their team hit their numbers. -Minimal opportunities to work from home or remotely -White male dominated culture
