We make sure that each Datadog is paired with a mentor and a buddy, and we are currently piloting a company-wide mentorship program. Encouraging a culture of belonging and inclusivity is very important to us - we have cross-functional Community Guilds (ERGs) and department-specific affinity guilds to help our employees voice ideas, share experiences, and feel included.
