      Pros

      Great onboarding from my direct manager. Good support from the onboarding team. Company is growing, heading in the right direction, and is engineering led from top to bottom (what a nice thing to have!). Datadog maintains the autonomy of a recently-small company, and a closeness to the founders hard to find elsewhere these days.

      Cons

      Datadog has all of the growing pains of a recently-large company. These seem pretty achievable to overcome, and presents a nice challenge :-)

      great culture, good benefits and perks, fantastic training and support, realistic and achievable quota, really fun people to work with, clear path to promotion

      Cons

      CAE seat is very difficult after you're promoted. sales software is buggy and cumbersome to work with at times.
