Pros
I have been associated with Datafortune for more than a year now. I have seen he company grow 2x from what it was when I joined. Some of the good things here are- - Seniors are very supportive - They hire only the best people - Their culture is very friendly. - They won't accept mediocre performance at any given point - There are lots of clients with projects from different domains and technologies so you have a lot to learn. - The CEO is always reachable just in case you have any concerns. - If you perform well, they will give you a good pay hike. - Growth opportunities are very high here if you do your job well.
Cons
- Pick-up drop is not provided - Sometimes due to client requirements, we have to stay late in office but that happens everywhere I guess. It is much better than my last company.
