Truly horrible managers. Imagine having your calendar filled with bunch of useless meetings where you spend the most of it listening people recite what task they are dealing with to their manager. I didn't hesitate and really counted the hours and almost half of my week was going to these meetings and creating some text/update for them. Then, your managers - which very well can be two or even three because everyone wants to manage - start complaining about the their expectation hasn't been met where they have never mentioned it to you in the first place. Imagine almost begging for feedback, always hearing "It's good." and then your manager throws tantrums about a task they have failed to tell you. When I say throwing tantrum, a grown man in his 50s literally yelling at your face in the office meeting room like scolding a child. A "young" company's mid management is filled with such egoistic people with old mentality who still think that being a boss is the most important thing and the boss need to give their reports a hard time. Simply, avoid.
