Pros
- Genuinely smart and kind colleagues (most of them) - Flexible work environment, where getting work done, not hours spent in the office is valued
Cons
- Constant change in strategy and key management - lack of continuity that leaves employees just trying to adapt to constant change; - Extremely toxic culture, where actually serious issues, like workplace bullying or disrespectful behaviour is ignored - No clear career opportunities for most roles in the company, besides becoming "senior/strategic x" without real difference in responsibilities and absolutely none clearly outlined ways to get promoted - Lack of transparency, lying management - latest CS reorg came as a stab in the back after senior leadership's reassurance to the whole department about "no headcount reductions" coming up - Company has been struggling to find it's path to successful and sustainable growth for a while, the vibe is one of a sinking ship, where firings/re-orgs are a constant and everyone is just trying to survive
