4yThank you for your feedback, I'm so sorry that this was your experience –– this does not align with Dataminr's values at all. We provide many avenues for leadership and management skills development such as regular manager training programs, access to LinkedIn Learning licenses, and executive coaching for our senior managers. We strongly encourage, and often require, our people managers to take advantage of these opportunities. We also have an open-door policy for employees to discuss grievances such as this one. Our HR and DEI teams work collaboratively to ensure that our diverse teams feel heard by deploying regular surveys and actively listening to issues raised by our ERGs.
