      Pros

      The people - smart, dynamic, energizing The product - revolutionary and continues to evolve year over year. We are relied upon by some of the world's largest organizations who use it to keep people safe everywhere. There is a strong sense of mission here. Career Opportunities - you have the ability to grow and advance in your role, but if you want to do something new or different you also have the opportunity to discuss it with leaders and figure out steps as to how to make a change.

      Cons

      The environment can change quickly and you need to be ready to change with it in order to be successful. Not really a con, but you need to be your own career advocate, growth is not as linear as it may be at a larger company.
