Pros
-Everyone works really hard, but enjoys coming to work because it's a fun work environment and everyone is really excited about what they are doing individually and as a company. -Super fast growth! -Company is lean. Really fast revenue growth, while being profitable and taking almost no funding. -Its nice when you see how many people know and love us and our product. -CEO is very transparent -Management is great. No place is perfect, but everyone in management genuinely cares about their employees and are always trying to listen do new things to make everyone happy. -Promotion tracks are clear and defined. A lot of room for growth. -Company continues to crush goals, and we celebrate big every time we do. Company vacations to Hawaii, Vegas, Tahoe, etc. -Lots of fun events like off site happy hours, bowling, ping pong tournaments, trips to Giants games etc.
Cons
Company is scaling super fast so you have to love working at a start up, meaning you have to be open to and embrace constant change. In order to break through to next levels, management is always trying new things. Sometimes they work sometimes they don't. Commuting if you live in SF is not that bad, but not ideal either.
