Pros

I've been with Dataprise for several years now and haven't looked back. I've had the pleasure of working with smart, talented people. I've learned a lot and been able to share my knowledge as well. One of my favorite things about Dataprise is the focus on feedback and coaching. People make mistakes. You learn from them and you move on. This attitude fosters an environment where we talk openly and positively about opportunities for improvement. The company culture is very much work hard, play hard. This is not a 9 to 5 job, but this is not a 9 to 5 industry. MSPs and IT consultancies put in whatever hours are necessary to keep our customers in business. If you are committed to your customers and to the company- in that order- you will succeed at Dataprise and enjoy all the benefits of a young, growing company.

Cons

As with any growing company, there is plenty of room for process improvement. I have observed huge strides in this area since I started. As long as we keep the momentum going, I'm happy.

It's always great to see such positive feedback from a tenured employee so thank you for taking the time to share it! Process improvements is definitely a focus area for us - and probably always will be! - and we are always open to your suggestions on where we can improve. As far as employee engagement, we are currently working hard to ensure our management team is more connected to their staff - especially those that are out in the field - so you should continue to see improvements in this area. Thank you for your dedication, loyalty, and positive attitude! It's much appreciated.

Pros

Dataprise genuinely stands out for its "people‑first culture". The work environment is built on strong partnerships forming within teams and across departments. Collaboration isn’t just encouraged; it’s lived every day through supporting one another, sharing knowledge freely and helping without hesitation. Success here is collective, not individual, and that mindset creates an atmosphere that fosters growth. Executive leadership drives this culture by recognizing and empowering employees at all levels, trusting teams to take ownership, and valuing diverse perspectives. When challenges arise, the focus is on solutions and learning. Leaders are invested in employees well‑being. They actively create space for feedback, recognize contributions, and ensure people feel valued for their work rather than their output. Overall, this is an organization where collaboration thrives, people are empowered to succeed, and leadership understands that a supportive and engaged workforce drives long‑term success. I feel privileged to have found this oasis in the workplace desert.

Cons

No significant cons. To be perfectly honest. I cannot think of anything that I would like to see changing at this time.
