The company is very open and communicates changes and updates to all employees at meetings.
Cons
Some days the call volume would be very high, this should be an expectation going into seasonal assignments. Not a con however it was the one thing that I found tough.

-Incompetent management and leadership. Managers ask every week what the team's updates are, as if we don't have meetings every morning.
-Leadership is looking for someone to blame when things don't work.
-Work instructions are vague. Leadership just says "figure it out". Team tries to figure it out, then hears no feedback from leadership until it's close to the deadline.
