The work-life balance that is hyped up during interviews does not exist. Mandatory OT is often required. You get written up if you leave for a family emergency, and requests for PTO are, more often than not, denied. Also, you are trained for positions that were previously filled by people higher than you, but with no added compensation. Most of the upper management is out of touch with the workload for the processors now. They will always compare it to when they processed over 5-10 years ago. CIOX and Datavant are one in the same.
