      Company has a lot of great people working for it.

      Short handed in multiple areas from production to IT support. Poor communication from management with no clear direction or stated goals.

      Pros

      Team and manager is super knowledgeable. Everyone shows up and gets their work done. They do have employee resource groups that do a lot of events. Benefits are alright compared to others. Flexible with appointments and stuff like that.

      Cons

      Only one day wfh. Location and commute isn’t great.
