      Pros

      Has very nice premiums for both machine operators and parts packers and good written instruction for job procedures.

      Cons

      Certain Machine problems don't get fixed as soon as they can. Lack of Personnel in Department for supervisory positions.

      Pros

      Team and manager is super knowledgeable. Everyone shows up and gets their work done. They do have employee resource groups that do a lot of events. Benefits are alright compared to others. Flexible with appointments and stuff like that.

      Cons

      Only one day wfh. Location and commute isn’t great.
