      Pros

      Nothing except desperation to search opportunities I never would have considered unless I was so miserable.

      Cons

      No room to advance, no reward for going above and beyond the call of duty, condescending environment where you do not know what you are talking about unless you have 20 years of experience.

      Pros

      Team and manager is super knowledgeable. Everyone shows up and gets their work done. They do have employee resource groups that do a lot of events. Benefits are alright compared to others. Flexible with appointments and stuff like that.

      Cons

      Only one day wfh. Location and commute isn’t great.
