      Pros

      Relatively low politics at work. People on the floor are good to work with.

      Cons

      Cost cutting focuses on savings from penny components, finance is out of touch with what is actually happening on the floor and with purchasing. non standard architectures for savings but not enough talent to support all the different softwares and hardware with the model.

      Pros

      Team and manager is super knowledgeable. Everyone shows up and gets their work done. They do have employee resource groups that do a lot of events. Benefits are alright compared to others. Flexible with appointments and stuff like that.

      Cons

      Only one day wfh. Location and commute isn’t great.
