      Great company to work for - Production Supervisor Dauch Employee Review

      Pros

      Pay is decent but you can make very good money here with the overtime. I was promoted from the floor, I started as an operator, moved into the Senior Manufacturing Technician role and I’m now a Production Supervisor. This is the best job I have ever had. Tons of opportunities for advancement!

      Cons

      Hours can be long no matter what position you take with the company.

      Pros

      Team and manager is super knowledgeable. Everyone shows up and gets their work done. They do have employee resource groups that do a lot of events. Benefits are alright compared to others. Flexible with appointments and stuff like that.

      Cons

      Only one day wfh. Location and commute isn’t great.
