      They are willing to pay for help

      Cons

      Everything else besides the pay is a downside. Poor management, equipment doesn't run and they wont take it off-line or invest money to fix it, lack of training across the plant, no investment in employees, the production workers don't care and there or no repercussions really when bad parts are produced, etc.

      Pros

      Team and manager is super knowledgeable. Everyone shows up and gets their work done. They do have employee resource groups that do a lot of events. Benefits are alright compared to others. Flexible with appointments and stuff like that.

      Cons

      Only one day wfh. Location and commute isn’t great.
