Regarding the points you raised about compensation, benefits, job security, and work-life balance, we understand that these are crucial aspects of employment that can greatly impact an individual's experience. Please note that Dautom takes care of all onboarding expenses including flight ticket, visa, medical test, insurance and EID. We make every effort to provide competitive compensation.
Regarding your experience with contract terms and client assignments, we regret any miscommunication or misunderstanding that may have occurred. We endeavor to be transparent and upfront about all aspects of employment, including contract terms and client expectations.
