Micro management, Leadership is LOST!!!!! Identity is LOST!!!! Bonuses are unattainable!!!! They have no idea on where they are going….. asking staff if “we are doing ok”….. They pressure labor over guest experience and expect to deliver both!!!!! Labor budget is at some stores 8% to 10% vs PY…..They expect you to comp PY with NO IN HOUSE SALES PERSON VS PY….
