Pros
-Very good pay, just recently dropped it down and should not have after becoming an official company with legit funding... -Easy to get hired -Very fun conversations -You will find people that are like unicorns, kind, righteous people with souls work here to converse with
Cons
-Its not a stable job, its a gig job and they let you know that -They work in phases so you can only get work week by week and then they go on break -Its too easy to get fired...there should be more than one warning if working at home with unexpected noises and interruptions -They say dont talk about sensitive topics but most of the questions would be considered "sensitive" topics -You could get fired for having your tv on in the background and not even loud -They can be nit picky and more than one warning should be allowed. What would be considered fair is 3 strikes then you're out, not one strike. -They audit you non- stop in the beginning-- i must have been paused like 6 times in 3 days in the beginning where I was in good standing all times except for the last time i was paused because i asked my kid for a glass of water...ridiculous... -You're expendable because they are always adding new people to the company to converse with -They won't let you know when the next break is until a few days before they pause the program -Don't let it be the only thing you have going on because the pay is inconsistent. The project seems to not last consistently for a month. -They are becoming more and more corporate = more senior management focused, less giving a care about the people participating that are the reason why the business exists in the first place and they recently reduced pay and added more people into a 15 minute conversation = horrible business/conversation/data collection plan
