If your team does not reach >95% of KPI, you get nothing, just base pay. If you’re having a bad year, no incentives will be actioned, no commission, and hounding - obviously expected to meet KPIs but when the customer base isn’t there and aren’t buying, the targets are inflated, unrealistic and unobtainable.
