I have nothing but great words for the firm. I have friends who work at other firms and when we compare, I realise how different David Gray is from other firms. There is a real focus on the client and ensuring they are fully informed, understand the legal advice and feel supported throughout their case. No one is expected to go it alone, there is support and training every step of the way. The firm are committed to delivering excellence and giving the best to every client. Huge amount of support around mental health and the wellbeing of all the staff, along with a collective attitude that we work better together.

The ethos of the firm is protecting and representing the most vulnerable people in society and providing excellent client care to all, This really translates into how the staff are also treated. The firm has a very friendly atmosphere, all of the partners are extremely approachable. The firm puts a lot of effort into ensuring that it is a nice place to work, offering flexibility and a wide range of generous benefits including social events, physical and mental wellbeing support and charity/volunteering opportunities. It's lovely to work in a place where the business owners very clear about the happiness of their staff.
