Mentally and physically demanding job for barely any pay! - Bridal Consultant David's Bridal Employee Review

Even if we did great one month, we would still have to write a "benefit statement" on how we could improve. If we are already doing great...shouldn't we just continue doing what we have been doing. During the busy season the money is pretty good. However, during the slow season part timers can go down to as low as 4 hours a week...and not commission. Its horrible, HORRIBLE pay. The chance of moving up is slim to none, and you work with a bunch of competitive females. Oh an if you like raises...dont work here. Been with the company 7 years and the haven't given one consultant a raise
