Pros

The only thing good about that job was seeing and working with all the dresses and making a few friends of the employees that lasted.

Cons

Not only is the pay horrible, but you also work on commission; of which you have to sell around $166 for part-time. Even if you make commission sometimes the higher you make the more that is taken out; so in essence you're actually earning less than the number of commission dollars since your hourly wage and commission earned is put together and taxed. Aside from the pay, the staff is not pleasant. Some co-workers you might get along with but alot goes on behind your back. Managers do not do their job well and as soon as you speak out about that or the bad system they have where commissions can easily be stolen they back fire and retaliate; thus forcing you to either quite or endure frequent harassment. The physical aspect of this job is also very bad. I now have chronic neck and shoulder pains from lift many heavy dresses and have also had a stress fracture in my foot from all the labor.

Pros

Fun place to work and nice to be apart of something bigger.

Cons

Total revolving door for employees, managers and everything else. No commission and store is worn down along with systems.
