Great learning ground for complex customer service skills. Great training ground for managing multiple departments; management and commissioned sales staff. Pay good. Benefits excellent.

Cons

Expectation of sales staff to manage multiple bridal parties at one time, appointment times only an hour and a half.

Fun place to work and nice to be apart of something bigger.

Cons

Total revolving door for employees, managers and everything else. No commission and store is worn down along with systems.
