Great company to work for - Property Manager Davidon Homes Employee Review

All Sales and Marketing, Sales Managers, and Sales Associates one big team. Very supportive and always more than fair.

They are a privately owned Builder. Unlike several of the publicly owned builders, it's difficult to be competitive when in-house financing is not an incentive for prospective buyers to get lower interest rates making new homes more affordable.

I have worked for this company for over 20 years. I started as a leasing agent and worked my way up in the company to Director. This company has always been great to me and also has always allowed room for growth. They also continue to be highly involved in allowing staff to continue in their education thru CAA courses to keep them up to date on current laws having to do with property management and maintenance.

I do not have any negative things that have happened with the company.
