      It is still a small company in Canada so it needs to make partner with other companies to get some contracts

      Pros

      The money can be good; holiday time; Christmas bonus. Most of the employees are pleasant. Your employers are not too bad, but some racism exist within the office.

      Cons

      Long term can be hard due to the attitude of the employers. Fake it to make it. They tend to be partial to employees who have been there longer.
