Staff and management are great to work with! The upper level management really takes an active interest in hearing your concerns and making you feel valued as an employee. The other employees on staff are friendly and welcoming. I felt at home right away. As a part of working here, you have the opportunity to participate in college activities and listen to speakers that come to campus.

There aren't many opportunities for career growth or advancement.
