good recruitment business and has a strong reputation in Victoria. Social environment and have a tight knit team.
Cons
A bit of attrition this year with the market change and not as many new recruiters coming in - A few consultants struggling with not as many opportunities some moved in to sales during the boom but have been a bit lost in the market we have had this year.
