Pros

I genuinely cannot think of any positives from my time at this company.

Cons

Working at Dawarha was one of the worst experiences of my career. The management lacks both experience and professionalism, yet insists on controlling everything without proper knowledge. Salaries are frequently delayed on purpose, and employees are expected to work extra hours or additional days without any compensation. The work environment is extremely toxic, with leadership that is both arrogant and indecisive, constantly changing directions without a clear vision. Employee concerns are ignored, and dishonesty is common in how the company presents itself. Unsurprisingly, high turnover is a major issue because no one can tolerate the poor treatment and lack of respect. If you value your time, effort, and professional growth, I strongly advise against working here.

Pros

Nothing positive to mention just disappointment

Cons

1- Unprofessional Management: The management is highly immature, unprofessional and inexperienced 2- Toxic Work Environment: The culture is incredibly toxic. There's constant pressure to work long hours without any form of compensation or recognition. Employees are left feeling undervalued, with no appreciation for their hard work. 3- Lack of Learning Opportunities: There is no room for personal or professional growth. Feedback is purely subjective, often based on personal opinions, with no clear or objective reasoning behind it. 4- NO HR Departments So there are no Clear HR Policies: The HR policies are vague, meaning that employees' rights are not respected or protected. Many have faced issues with incomplete salary payments, and there's no accountability for such lapses. 5- High Employee Turnover: The constant churn of employees is a clear indicator of the company's failure to create a sustainable and positive work environment. This high turnover only reflects poorly on their ability to manage and retain talent.
