Down to earth people. More like working with a tight-knit family. Hardly any corporate politics. Good pay and benefits. Office culture was unlike most others in that if you're done your work, you can actually go home without people looking at you askance.

I actually have a tough time thinking of any cons. My experience was unlike working at most other places. I'm specifically referring to the East Texas, PA location which ultimate closed.
Great group of employees, all have been there for a very long time they are very helpful and insightful and treat everyone as family.

Senior management needs to realize the Day-timer brand might have been able to keep a lot of loyal customers. But to survive in the market place today they must lower their prices.
