I have worked at DFN for many years now and I can say with full confidence that I wouldn't want to be anywhere else. You simply won't find such well rounded kind and talented individuals like our co-owners Glenn and Chop. They pride themselves on creating an artist-centric culture and their transparency during the numerous difficult times is something I have always admired. They do an amazing job looking after all of us and putting our best interests first. As a result, that good hearted leadership trickles down and creates a wonderful work environment on top of getting to work on some of the most exciting and fulfilling projects in the industry. Glenn and Chop trust their artists and supervisors and I deeply thank them for giving me a chance long ago as a junior artist as I worked my way up to supervisor growing with the company over the years. Can't recommend working here enough.

Smaller company which in DFN's case translates to needing larger company size before being able to offer the best of the best benefits and staffing opportunities for those new to the company.
