      Generally very high quality people at all levels. An inspirational president who walks the walk. Committed to career advancement and development for all employees. D&I program that is more than just optics. I can go on and on - in short - love my work, love my boss.

      Cons

      Health care plan is not as good as other world class companies with relatively few options.
