Theres a high level of exposure to the elements. During the winter its no different than working outside in the coldest of winter and hottest of summer. Your expected to protect yourself from the elements of cold and heat. Sometimes they provide hand warmers but its not consistent and its not nearly enough to provide adequate warmth.
