Pros

The cook is so good. And employees are also nice.

Cons

There is nothing good. The toxic culture will kill you mentally and always make you doubt about your worth. Most of the times project gets delayed for the unreal and immatuare requirements of the management, but at the end of the day the developers are blamed. Also, you have to enter the office earliest possible time, but have to leave as late as possible. The management tries to occupy the employees in some unnecessary tasks and rules so that thetly do not have enough time to think of their self worth and work continuously to save the back.

Pros

Good colleagues. Good food. Salary in time.

Cons

If you enjoy being micromanaged every minute, drowning in workload, and receiving zero appreciation — this is your dream company!.. Deadlines and project allocation is unrealistic, sudden projects will be added to your task list even if you are full of work load,... and there’s no motivation - only criticism and disbelief from ceo. The CEO plays all roles: HR, accounts, manager, and even your time tracker. Every day starts with a new plan (and ends with frustration). No new recruitment, No proper HR or management, only some old favorites who can’t go elsewhere. Pure mental torture wrapped in fake professionalism. Huh! Toxic environment overall.....

Pros

Dcastalia offers a fantastic learning environment, especially for early-career professionals. The culture is friendly and supportive, and management actively encourages skill development. The CEO himself is often involved in training sessions, which is truly motivating. The food and other facilities are great. During my time, the company was flexible with late entries and showed empathy during emergencies (though I never had late entries and was appreciated by HR). My manager was very cooperative, and I gained a lot of practical experience.

Cons

A bit more recognition for individual efforts could boost team morale. Also, encouraging more open feedback and employee input would further improve the culture.
