Pros
The HR team at DLR genuinely care. Not only for each other and the business but for all employees, wanting the best for them as individuals. DLR supported me throughout my Level 5 & 7 CIPDs, financially, academically and emotionally, as the team wanted me to succeed and cared about my career development. DLR gives good benefits. My stakeholders were incredible - always appreciative of me which motivated me to do a good job. My line manager always pushed me to be the best I could be and had my back through challenging or difficult conversations. As it's a small team, I was given opportunities to get involved in projects as well as doing the day-to-day tasks. This involvement and exposure has been critical in furthering my career outside of DLR.

DLR aren't the highest payers but the positive culture is worth staying for
