Toxic culture - the company is run by bean-counters and dinosaurs who haven't kept up with the modern world and always encourage you to do 'more with less'. You will be doing the job of 3, made worse by the fact that the company refuses to invest in actual decent tools or software that could make the job more efficient. They don't care about people, they just want to use you up. There's a bullying culture at the top - the ones who shout the loudest get their way. Management know these problems exist because they show up in every annual survey, they literally just don't care.
