As you must have already read, this field is an illusion for Decurtis similar to personal life of employees at Decurtis. Remember this is not an IT company its just a small goods manufacturing factory consisting of labourers.
Cons
Super arrogant and mannerless GMs and CGMs. They dont know the world polite. Office is like a cyber cafe. Blame game all the time. Demo everyday. Worst and skill less HR in the world. Model of the company is- Hire few employees in starting of the year, once work is done then fire and then hire again.
