No diversity, equity, or inclusion - Therapist DeKalb Community Service Employee Review

Dekalb CSB was segregated when I worked there. If you are Black they send you to South Dekalb- Clifton Springs. They promoted any Clinician that was white first. My white Supervisor wrote the “N” word on a paper during a professional meeting in plain sight. During orientation the trainer gave an example that if someone calls you a Black “B” then you should brush it off. She actually said the word B- mind you. They devalue Black employees yet willingly take Black Patients with Medicaid. High turnover for Clinicians. Overall negative and scary environment if you are Black.
