Management just concerned about numbers and talented, smart manufacturing employees have a difficult time learning and advancing in the company. Do not take disabilities into consideration. Management has a "this is not high school" when it comes to bullying therefore has caused some harm to employees both physical and emotional. Favoritism. Credo not used fairly across the board with all employees. Policies sometimes get ignored especially towards advancing and hiring. Leads are known to lie or deny about employees leaving false information to supervisors about great employees. Supervisors and management buy into jealousy
