Pros

There are some good people at DS, but many are leaving.

Cons

Once an 800 pound gorilla, becoming mini mouse. The 2 main hurdles are many dealers are now handling these services in-house and smaller local competitors have popped up and are doing just as good of a job at a lower cost. For some reason, it seems upper management does not want to address these issues. When I brought up these issues, I was told "don't worry about that, it's part of doing business". REALLY? How about we discuss the issues and come up with ways to combat them. Too many people have consumed the Dealer Specialties kool-aid and can't see clearly.
